Laser Shield Window is designed to provide a protective shield against damage caused by scattered laser light.

Laser Shield Windows can be attached on to windows, glass doors and partitions in the controlled laser area of your laboratory or factory.

l

Since laser injury is suffered instantaneously, Laser Shield Windows are effective to secure laser safety for occasional visitors to the laboratory or factory.

l

Two types of Laser Shield Windows are available. The high O.D. type provides minimal transmitted laser light and the Low O.D. type is suitable for alignment use since it partially transmit the laser light.

l

In addition to the standard sizes offered, cutting to custom shapes and sizes are available by contacting your local sales representative.

Made of Polymethylmethacrylate

  CAUTION

l

Make sure to use with applicable lasers and correct wavelengths.

l

Avoid direct exposure of laser light, or otherwise the Laser Shield Windows will be damaged.

l

Do not use Laser Shield Windows that have been damaged by high-energy laser.

l

High O.D. type Laser Shield Windows are not a laser protective shield with total absorption.

l

Directly looking into the laser beam through the Laser Shield Windows could cause eye damage and should be avoided.
